As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we're seeking a professional and passionate Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Merchants, on our team in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evangelizing how Merchants, Networks, Agencies and Publishers can all benefit from the Skimlinks and Connexity products and network
• Compiling and analyzing reports, to monitor and present back progress on existing merchant programs including top-performing publishers, and making strategic recommendations
• Reviewing existing merchant relationships and contributing to optimization strategies
• Working with our internal influencer teams to onboard and optimize ShopYourLikes Influencer traffic for our advertisers
• Setting up, monitoring & logging merchant progress via internal systems and with Excel reports
• Working with the Operations team to analyze data and ensure our programs are technically optimized
• Enforcing strong network quality standards across Skimlinks Publishers in regards to how they promote Merchants
• Attending conferences and industry events to represent Skimlinks to prospective clients
• 2+ years of account management experience with a proven track record within a structured sales environment
• Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry
• Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models and KPIs associated (Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), New to File (NTF), conversion, cost of sale, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in negotiating, relationship building, and account management
• Strong analytic, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detail
• Driven to help merchants find growth opportunity
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, flexible, and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goals
• Salesforce/Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint
• BA/BS degree

The pay range for this position in New York is $70-80K. This role is also eligible to participate in our commission plan under which you might be eligible for total on-target earnings of $80,000-$100,000 in accordance with such plan.
