Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business or a comparable degree plan required. A combination of education, experience and relevant certificates may be considered

Position Summary:

We are searching for a processor relations manager to assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our payment processor relationships. In this role, the manager will establish and support relations between our payment processors and internal stakeholders, analyze current practices and develop process improvements as well as work to implement changes in workflows and structures to ensure continuous departmental and company performance. The processor relations manager will have strong collaboration and conflict resolution competencies with the ability to negotiate successful outcomes and resolutions to technical and business problems for our customers.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Collaborate with processors and internal stakeholders to improve service delivery

• Monitor processor performance, identify business process & service improvement opportunities, and lead change initiatives to optimize customer experience outcomes

• Identify gaps in business process and collaborate with stakeholders to establish appropriate policies, processes, procedures and controls

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures, waste, duplication and frequent errors including, but not limited to process re-design and process automation

Position Overview:

The Senior Accountant will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits. This person will manage the monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements, with a focus on net revenue and gross margin accounting.

You will report to and work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager, Industry Accounting and others in the organization in analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible in their approach, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities would include:
• Assists in the management the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation related to net revenues and gross margin
• Participates in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and assistance with implementation of process and system changes
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

• Assists in ensuring compliance with internal control policies in a SOX environment

• Works with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report

• Actively reviews and advise on financial/accounting processes

Qualifications to have:
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2 years reviewing work across multiple accounting functions and preferred concentration on P&L and revenue analysis and management
• Strong Financial Reporting experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Recent public accounting experience preferred
• CPA Certification preferred
• Financial services industry experience is a plus
