Job Summary...
The Agency Services Coordinator is responsible for executing agency partnership and enablement efforts including appointment facilitation, system access, ongoing support and training. As part of the Agency Experience team, the coordinator will collaborate on a day-to-day basis with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure every interaction with our agents is on-brand, accurate, and aligned with our value proposition.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administration of agency set-up, credentialing, and compliance
• Processes appointment applications, agent contracting paperwork, licenses, forms and required information.
• Reviews documents for completeness and proactively solicits missing documents.
• Contacts agencies and relevant partners to verify that contact information, websites, and contracts are current.
• Assist with processing agency updates, agent of record changes and book transfer requests.
• Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Organizes and updates agency files per regulatory and industry requirements, complying with all federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Assists agents with inquiries regarding their licensing and appointment status.
• Responds to telephone, online/electronic, and written inquiries.
• Works closely with Territory Sales Managers to optimize agency partner relationships.
• Proactively initiates and participates in various Agency Services-related projects.
Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• Active State Personal Lines Property & Casualty licensure preferred but not required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, office administration, or related required; supporting insurance processing preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external personnel on a professional level.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
