Working closely with StartSpace Lead and other StartSpace team members, the Community Engagement Officer enables member engagement and promotes activities and satisfaction.About YouThe ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding and experience in best practice operations in a customer service environment, and ability to receive and process visitor feedback in a professional manner.In addition, you will have:Demonstrated experience delivering Customer Service as a part of a team in a... business/founders' community, such as a startup, incubator, accelerator, startup community or co-working space environment.Demonstrated experience in a workplace setting assisting customers by utilising digital tools and technology.Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with internal, multidisciplinary stakeholders.A successful track record of providing customer service to a range of different stakeholders, including people from diverse backgrounds and across the wider community.State Library Victoria is a child-safe organisation.
