Why the USA
Better salaries and work conditions.
Entry level will be between $32-$40/ hr.
Contracts:
Your total contract hrs are 4160, equivalent to 2.5 yrs.
You work for 3 days a week with 4 days off.
Spouse and Family:
With our program your spouse and children/ dependents ( 21 years and under) are eligible for the green card which is permanent residency and eventually citizenship so you’re essentially American once you sign up with the Employer.

Health insurance
Professional Qualifications:
You need to be Registered General Nurese with Either a Diploma/ BSc degree
Ward Experience:
You need minimum 6 months clinical experience in a hospital setting with minimum 100 beds total
.
The only available placements for wards are :
• Medical-Surgical
• HDU
• CCU
• Inpatient Oncology
• ER
• ICU/ Critical care or related area
Smart Move International Recruitment Agency will negotiate your application on your behalf.
Experience :
So you may have experience in other wards but your current should be in one of the above mentioned
If you meet the rest of the criteria but not wards we advice you apply for a transfer to a relevant ward. Alternatively, you can do locum or part-time in the ward of choice during your off days. We do accept volunteer work as long as you have the official letter to show you are assigned at the hospital
Sponsorship Cover:
The partnership offers financial sponsorship for all processes
Registration for NCLEX and all related costs
Flights and accommodation to the exam venue in South Africa.
All visa costs , flights and first month accommodation in the USA
English Requirement:
IELTS/ OET exam fee will be at your own expense so if you already have the IELTS/ OET then that’s a plus for you as it makes your process shorter.
So the only expense you need to worry about is the IELTS/ OET exam fee everything else will be paid for you
English Score
The score required is very attainable
Overall 6.5 in all 4 modules
With a 7 in Speaking
OET is an overall 300 with a 350 in Speaking
Also if you already have your English exam the process is shorter.
To apply for the sponsorship you do not need to have the English test. It will only be required after your NCLEX so you can take it later once your done with the pressure of NCLEX
Once you are selected, You will be assigned a personal mentor to guide you personally through every stage.

Length of the Process:
The length of the process can take anywhere from 8 months- 18 months it all depends on how quickly you pass and sit for your NCLEX so you need to be committed, attend all tutorials, participate in study groups so that your first attempt is a success
