You Will

Build and Evolve a self-service scale team for Customer Outcomes Practice
• Recruit and grow a diverse team of specialized skills that encompass: Value Engineering, Solution Selling, Services Scoping, and Technology Strategists.
• Manage a team of associate value engineers and PS Sales professionals to execute customer engagements/motions and scale initiatives.
• Support and advocate for our service offerings, ensure the successful execution of customer engagements from pipeline qualification through to customer delivery.
• Design and mature existing self-service pre/post-sales services and collateral for the field sellers to leverage for customer engagements.
• Efficiently manages territory and account planning strategy with PS Sales and COJ leadership
• Provide input to the evolution of technology solutions in an SME capacity (3rd party and proprietary owned) to enable self-service with a world-class end-user experience.
• Design and manage lightweight collaborative processes, including inputs, outputs, and structured communications for keeping models and metrics current and relevant

Accelerate the transformation of Customer Outcomes Services
• Enhance Self-service customer-facing delivery motions such as Value Perspectives, Business Cases, Professional Service Scoping for account teams.
• Collaborate with business unit owners, account executives, solution engineering, and professional services to extend our methodology throughout the sales life cycle
• Deliver enablement programs to help in the enablement and activation of multiple initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success & Professional Services.
• Double the Customer Outcomes delivery footprint (in dollars scoped and delivered) across multiple customers segments (Large Enterprise and Commercial accounts) and negotiate engagement volume/outcome targets with Sales Leadership.
• An ability to create new scalable methodologies and adoption practices.

You Have
• 3+ years leading a professional services/sales team in a SaaS organization or technology consulting firm
• 7+ years in both pre and post-sales leadership position in Management Consulting, Professional Services; or an enterprise SAAS company,
• Executive experience managing, developing, and delivering consultative services
• Strong understanding of the CWM and PPM Market trends and strategies
• A strong track record of building and leading high performance teams
• Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging trends in technology and specific industries
• Experience working on large strategic initiatives from framing the problem and conducting research / analysis, to building business and operational plans, and driving execution through to success
• Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding
• Cross functional program and project management skills.
• Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree a plus (Business or Technical preferred)

You will report to the Manager of Internal Audit. This role has the option to be in-office (located in Bellevue, WA), fully remote, or hybrid.

You Will
• Participate in internal audit engagement planning, reporting, scoping, execution and follow-up
• Act as central liaison between external audit and the business for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) field work, manage projects to maximize productivity of audit and minimize impact to the business
• Establish and lead workstreams to ensure SOX tasks, including control documentation, are maintained and completed timely
• Perform testing of controls, including obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
• Actively work with business team members to ensure internal control issues identified are understood and resolved timely
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of reports to Accounting, IT, and other business leaders on internal audit activities such as control findings, results, and recommendations for improvements
• Leverage previous SOX experience and be an expert on topics such as information produced by entity / key reports, entity-level controls, and other audit considerations
• Take on ad-hoc internal audit and/or compliance-related projects working cross-functionally with the business

You Have
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, active CPA/CISA/CIA (or equivalent) preferred
• 2+ years Public Accounting and/or Internal Audit experience
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and components of internal controls (SOX testing experience required)
• Strong analytical and project management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing, and collaborative environment
• Familiarity with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus

In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $97,200 to $140,400 | All other US States: $90,000 to $130,000
