Qualifications:
Must have 10-plus years of merchandising and brand management experience, preferably with prior experience in the e-commerce consumer goods market. Can adopt a portfolio-based approach to investment and growth - aligning resources around big bets. Creative, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinking skills are needed. You must have the marketing, merchandising and brand building expertise to make the customer the focal point of the business and the P&L experience that will bring credibility and commercial grounding. Must have proven broad experience leading larger merchant, marketing and operational teams and driving cross-functional teams at an executive leadership level. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has:

• Digital portfolio required; must have prior email design experience
• Skills working with photos on personalized products such as photo books, calendars, wall decor (posters, canvas, panels), and photo gifts (mugs, etc.) or related type of experience
• High-level design skills that reinforce the Snapfish brand and reach target audience
• High-level typography skills
• Photo curation skills to create story lines for customized products
• Deep experience with photo layout design (portfolio must reflect this experience)
• Experience implementing designs
• Awareness of current trends, industry competitors, and design styles
• Resourcefulness and ability to locate and archive assets independently
