What about the office?
This is a contract role with flexibility for remote work.
Our office is available to use three days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We have a hybrid environment and ask that employees within the New York Metro area come together in person a minimum of three days per month. All other days are up to the discretion of the employees during the three days a week that the office will be open.

• Leverage your subject matter expertise to drive & manage strategic FC initiatives (e.g., 2022 mid-term elections)

Mature the Fact-Checking Program
• Build and manage the catalogue of fact-checked claims for internal reference

• When a writer makes a calculation, double check their math.
• When the team receives infographics, you will double check the text to be sure it matches the original source

COPY EDITING:
• You’re a grammar hound and you have an eagle's eye for typos and other errors that can affect our credibility with readers.
• You will copy edit regular articles as well as videos, infographics and basically anything with text that appears on our site
