Primary Purpose
Provides technical operations support for the Operational Technology (OT), Gas Storage Network (GSN), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Industrial Control System (ICS) and associated components such as servers, workstations, Programmable Logical Controller (PLCs), instrumentation, Human Machine Interface (HMIs), switches, radios, applications, and operating systems. Provides operations and maintenance client support. Project support, development, and implementation. Conducts analysis such as annual operations plan, competitive analysis, and economic feasibility studies.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops, maintains, supports and operates local and wide area network equipment, applications and process documentation. Independently troubleshoots SCADA system issues under tight timeframes, identifies root causes of incidents and problems for which solutions require creativity. Works and directs appropriate resources to minimize system downtime. Fully accountable for all aspects of resolution.
• Provides technical assistance to clients through the support of programs, technology and strategic applications. Maintains, administers, and enhances a WAN and LAN environment comprised of servers and workstations at the storage fields. Independently works with Gas Storage field and staff technicians and engineers to complete and ensure proper installation and commissioning of telemetric measurement equipment. Provides system administration activities on Windows servers and workstations.
• Plans, coordinates and supports project implementation and hand off to clients. Develops enhancements for and maintains an operational and control real-time database for automation and measurement, using telemetry devices, protocols and services. Ensures safe, smooth, reliable and uninterrupted daily 24 hour, 7 days a week critical infrastructure SCADA system operations for high pressure storage field facilities pipelines and station facilities operated by Southern California Gas. Designs and maintains Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for use by Storage Field Operation staff.
• Serves as a consultant and project leader on special teams, utilizing individual skills and teamwork to resolve issues.
• Develops and provides training to co-workers and clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Primary Purpose
Manage and direct large-scale, major projects within the department or business unit. Responsible for the development of work scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements. Prepare, negotiate and approve contracts for contractors or consultants.Manage and enforce SoCalGas data hand over specifications. Develop, maintain, and communicate AVEVA project execution plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates and design.
• Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements.
• Provide direction to contractors, consultants, and project team.
• Coordinates input from and participation with various other departments within the Company as needed to meet project objective.
• Develop and execute Project Information Management Plan based on approved industry and company standards, and AVEVA integrated design tools.
Establish and required dashboards and reports to maintain project engineering information integrity (compliance, consistency, completeness).
• Responsible for providing team/project goals and evaluating performance.
• Research and evaluate available contractors and consultants. Prepare, negotiate and approve or recommend approval of contracts. Negotiate contracts changes.
• Manage related workforce planning, budget analysis, and prepare budget forecasts.
• Analyze and determine regulatory impacts and requirements of the project.
• May build business cases and justifications.

• Provides high level technical support to management in the following:
• Developing, monitoring and reporting of business unit financial plans
• Company and business unit strategic decision-making
• Evaluating financial impact of major business and regulatory issues
