In 2023, we plan to strengthen the UX team and put even more emphasis on customer research with each new feature we develop. Also, we are planning a big upgrade of the existing UX. That is why we are looking for a UX Researcher who will collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing Team improving the UX process with special focus on Empathize, Define and Test steps.
We are looking for a person with the knowledge and experience of User Research, in order to improve and expand that segment. The task of this team is to research and point out the best UX direction from the internal development phase of the idea to the research phase after the feature is released into production and tested by the users. UX Researcher will also work with our Data Analytics Team for better interpretation of application usage data and will help the Product Team to better define product UX strategy.

Maintaining a great level of UX and Design in such a large product is critical, but also extremely difficult. We now have over 22 million active users all over the world, each with their own set of expectations and demands from Sofascore.
