Job Description
SolarReviews/ RoofingCalculator.com/ FIXr.com is looking for motivated and personable Account Managers to help us grow our network of home improvement companies by prospecting and selling to decision makers around the US. Using a combination of leads provided to you and your own outreach, you will schedule zoom meetings and online demonstrations of the RoofingCalculator.com/ FIXr.com platform to grow and manage your book of clients.
Responsibilities
● Research and identify home roofing service providers that would be a fit for our products
● Select decision makers, find their contact information and log in our CRM
● Qualify and rank prospects to prioritize sales focus
● Maintain an accurate log of activities in our CRM system
● Help conduct meetings with prospects and existing clients
● Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
● Represent RoofingCalculator.com/ FIXr.com at industry conferences
● Document and refine your pitch along with common objections
● Communicate product suggestions to our development/engineering team
● Setup and send email campaigns to prospective clients
● Announce new product features to prospective and current clients
● Work effectively across the organization to move RoofingCalculator.com forward
Requirements
Must be based or happy to relocate to Denver CO
● 3+ yrs experience in B2B sales/business development (prior experience selling leads/ lead services)
● A track record with prospecting and setting appointments and/or demos with decision makers
● Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
● Experience with prospecting/cold calling
● Experience with Zoom and Google Docs
Nice to have
● Experience in the roofing or home improvement industry
● Experience selling sales / marketing software or lead generation to businesses
● Experience with Hubspot

• Liaising with Federal & State Government departments as required – eg IRS, State depts for either payroll or income tax payments.
• Arrangement of quarterly estimated income tax payments to Federal and State authorities.
• Obtain W-9 from all new vendors and maintain W-9’s for all vendors.
• Preparation of 1099’s at year-end for all entities.

• Degree or certificate in accounting or related field a plus
• Confident in technical abilities such as Excel
