Responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to provide support to various teams needing access to existing video assets as well as assist in the day-to-day project scheduling within the Creative Marketing team. This position reports to the VP, Creative Marketing.

The Coordinator - Operations is responsible for fulfilling requests related to episode screeners (for press and award submission), asset sourcing/conversions and additional editorial support as needed. They will also assist in the day-to-day scheduling of creative projects ensuring the smooth running of department processes to keep the team on deadline. Working closely with the Manager/Producers and VP, Creative Marketing.

Responsibilities

Episodic screener requests:
• Clear and timely email communication that includes next steps and timelines (when possible)
• Understanding of post-production process and timings to access footage from appropriate sources and communicate potential issues
• Fulfill on requests for screeners, accurately, punctually, and securely
• Flag sensitive or unusual requests

Day-to-day creative workload and workflow management:
• Includes creative projects assigned to digital/print designers, motion designers, editors, and assistant editors
• Maximizes productivity among graphic designers, production artists, animators, editors, assistant editors and copywriters
• Minimizes downtime for the team in coordination with Production.
• Ensures resources are suitably assigned to complete projects
• Identifies and gathers all required assets for all assignments; ensures all assets meet specs associated with the project
• Responsible for scheduling all projects and managing their timelines in coordination with Production
• Ensures final delivery of all creative assets
• Liaise with internal departments and outside agencies on developing, obtaining, circulating, delivering and approving assets

Other duties:
• Ability to juggle heavy workload and keep multiple projects on track. Possesses excellent anticipatory skills
• Exhibits willingness to take on responsibilities outside of his/her job description and has the ability to respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment. Presents a positive and professional attitude to stakeholders and co-workers

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree from 4 year college or university or equivalent experience required
• 1-3 years in production in marketing services, creative service agencies, network promotions or a similar field (broadcast, digital, print, experiential a plus)
• Primary skills include: excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and collaboration, problem-solving, time and project management
• Ability to manage projects from concept through execution unsupervised
• Highly motivated self-starter

Each Technical platform has a Technical Architect, who is the expert of the platform in technical terms, both in terms of knowledge of the application and development standpoint. 



The incumbent will ensure that solutions and estimates proposed by the Consultancy teams are accurate and realistic, to avoid unrealistic promises to the business; and to ensure the commitment of the complete organization to stated scope, timelines and budget. 

  

The role will focus on improving, enhancing, adopting, and maintaining a stable Global SAP platform for finance, accounting, statutory reporting, and its integration. In this role, the incumbent may evaluate solutions outside SAP, such as other ERPs, Custom Solutions and SaaS.  

Job Responsibilities
• Work with Business Relationship Managers and Business Users to provide global solutions to meet business and IT needs
• Conduct Requirements analyses, business process redesign and system design
• Provide specifications for developers, system configuration, testing and test management
• Manage offshore resources, user training, financial conversions, support issues
• Advise Global Process Owners
• Translate requirements into designs and code/configuration
• Provide solutions for Sony Electronics (US, EU) and other companies in scope of SAP West.
• Build capability of team members onshore/offshore, as needed.
• Ensure health of production systems and processes in Finance.
• Budget Control and Tracking Latest Estimates and Actuals for Support and Projects in scope of work in Finance.
• Point of contact for the organization in case there are specific questions that require in-depth knowledge of the platform
• Design, operation and management of regional/globally distributed platform (on premise/cloud)
• Intellectual capacity to understand most complex problems and explain them in simple terms to business users
• Key decision maker in terms of design for the platform

Qualifications And Experience For Position
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, physics, mathematics, computer science, accounting and/or engineering or similar
• Experience (10 years+ is highly desirable) of SAP FICO modules in SAP ECC, SAP S/4.
• Recognized technical and functional expertise, ideally backed up by professional qualifications
• Analytical mind-set with a strong eagerness to learn
• Understands their role in relation to the other roles of a Corporate IT organization (IT Delivery Manager, Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Test Managers, Test Analysts, Controllers, etc.) and acts accordingly

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $145,000 to 160,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
