Role Summary
Threats and adversaries are ever changing, which requires us as defenders to constantly be vigilant and innovating detection and response strategies. The Sophos MDR team operates 24/7 to quickly detect and respond to threats which are targeting our customers.
As a lead for our MDR detection engineering team, you will help mature the detection engineering processes and capabilities to better defend our customer's networks. You will be on the front lines of innovation leading a highly motivated team focused on identifying and developing solutions to detect and stop adversaries. This role will support our global 24/7 MDR operation by providing high-fidelity signals and technical analysis aimed to detect adversary tactics, techniques, and behaviors. A competitive candidate would have previous security operations familiarity, experience managing technical teams, an understanding of the detection engineering lifecycle, and the desire to make it harder for adversaries to succeed.

• Manage a cohesive technical team that strives in an environment of trust, respect, and inclusion.
• Build new security detections to support daily operations and faster, more accurate, identification of threats.
• Leverage threat intelligence and intrusion data of adversary behaviors to create new high-fidelity security detections.

• Provide technical and managerial leadership to the threat detection team.

• Create, track, and iterate on metrics of the detection engineering process to show progress towards goals, and track gaps in detection coverage.

• Champion your team's mission and regularly communicate with teams outside of your organizational structure.
What You Will Bring
• A deep understanding of Threat Actor TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK).
• A proven leader with experience building a team with diverse skills and backgrounds such as threat hunting, security research, and detection engineering.
• Written and verbal communication skills to describe security event details and technical analysis with audiences within the cybersecurity organization and other technology groups.
• Experience with threat hunting on a large, enterprise network both as an individual and leading exercises with other team members.
• An understanding of log analysis from multiple sources (eg firewall, cloud, endpoints) to identify and investigate security events and anomalies.

Role Summary
Sophos is rapidly shaping the landscape of cybersecurity products and services and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to take their career to new heights with us.
As part of the End user Security Group (ESG), you will work on our flagship Sophos Intercept X Endpoint Protection product line. You’ll be a highly visible member of the team, partnering closely with high-caliber software engineering teams and other key stakeholders to build innovative solutions that solve real-world customer problems.
Ideal candidates will be technical, particularly in the Microsoft Windows space, and have a proven background in building market-leading products and services. What You Will Do

• Lead development of requirements and user stories with engineering teams, prioritizing and managing product backlogs for delivery.
• Develop and foster strong relationships with key influencers and leaders (e.g., Engineering leaders and Sales Engineering) to inform and execute against product priorities.
• Manage expectations with Product Management leadership providing status, action plans, and recommendations.

Role Summary
As a Threat Analyst on our Managed Threat Response (MTR) team, you will provide best-in-class monitoring, detection, and response services to proactively defend customer environments before attacks prevail. What You Will Do
• Responsible for Global Strategic Sourcing for all needs of the Sophos Product organization and categories including Cloud, SaaS, Hosting, Data Services, Professional Services engagements, etc.
• Develop close working relationships at all levels of the Product organization to stay aware of the strategic direction, how third parties support and add value, and with the purpose of being able to find holistic solutions that meet their needs.
• Understand and research the relevant Product categories and subcategories so you remain aware of best practices, leading suppliers, benchmark and baseline data, industry trends, etc.
• Partner with Shared Service organizations to manage onboarding, contracting and negotiations with suppliers as efficiently and effectively as possible.
• Lead some and support all organizational development thru roadmap projects, special initiatives, etc.
• Lead regular business reviews with key suppliers.
• Create approval decks, savings cases and contract summaries for obtaining internal buy-in.
• Work closely with Sophos business partners and their teams to lead all sourcing related activities to create significant value for the business.
• Drive savings/value creation and spend under management (“SUM”) for your areas of responsibility.
• Work cross functionally with global and regional counterparts.
• Provide information to support monthly forecasts vs actuals, project pipeline opportunities, and projected savings.
• Negotiate remediations with suppliers, when necessary.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage highly confidential and critical information.

Role Summary
The Global Strategic Sourcing Sr Manager for Product will report to the Global Strategic Sourcing Director and will have key responsibility for all aspects of sourcing for the Product categories. This includes partnering with the Product organization to identify and prioritize needs, understand the market to determine appropriate sources of supply, and benchmarking/baselining the current state. This person is also responsible for developing sourcing strategy for the Product category, managing and leading periodic supplier business reviews (i.e., EBs, QBRs, etc.), leading the competitive process (i.e., RFx, Auctions, etc.), supplier selection, commercial negotiations, deal finalization, and similar category manager competencies.
