What You'll be Doing:
• Provide high quality, dedicated support to our President and members of our Commercial Leadership team.
• Effectively manage the President's calendar including prioritizing inbound requests and coordinating meetings with internal team members and external partners.
• Create correspondences, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases and any other ad-hoc projects that come up.
• Manage travel arrangements, domestic and international, including booking flights, hotels, transportation and dining.
• Organize, track and manage finances, including invoices, receipts and expenses.
• Conference Registrations, logistics, and material preparation.
• Coordinate Commercial Leadership meetings and offsites.
• Provide administrative support to our Commercial Leadership team as needed.
• Provide backup coverage for the Executive Assistant to the CEO as needed.
• Assist in managing conference room bookings.

Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate compensation range for this role in Boulder, Colorado is $70,000 to $80,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.
