What You'll be Doing:

• Create correspondences, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases and any other ad-hoc projects that come up.
• Manage travel arrangements, domestic and international, including booking flights, hotels, transportation and dining.
• Organize, track and manage finances, including invoices, receipts and expenses.
• Conference Registrations, logistics, and material preparation.
• Coordinate Commercial Leadership meetings and offsites.
• Provide administrative support to our Commercial Leadership team as needed.
• Provide backup coverage for the Executive Assistant to the CEO as needed.
• Assist in managing conference room bookings.
