This role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing partnerships and integrations between Spreadshop and third-party services and companies, mostly for Spreadshop’s creator monetization app. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the creator economy, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is a proven relationship builder, and will be proactive in supporting the new Spreadshop app.
Expected Schedule
Preferred locations: Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Pennsylvania (remote in these locations only)
Schedule: Monday through Friday Regular Office Hours
Planned budget: $80k Annually
Travel 5 - 10% per year for team meetings and engagement
Tasks in Detail:
• Develop and implement a clear and comprehensive strategy to drive successful partnerships and acquire third-party creator services onto the Spreadshop platform
• Establish & maintain commercialrelationshipswith relevant Creator Economytechnology,distribution, and promotion partners
• Support Spread Ventures inassessing investment opportunities in the Creator Economy
• Build relationships with creators, talent managers/agencies, businesses, services, and/or apps and assess how Spreadshop can work or integrate with these entities
• Strengthen and leverage existing relationships to create new opportunities and increase revenue.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful partnerships, including regular check-ins and addressing any concerns that arise during the partnership
• Attend industry events and workshops to network and maintain relationships in the creator and social media sphere
• Keep up with current trends of the creator landscape and research the latest in the creator services and print-on-demand industries
• Organize and track analytics, reporting data, and partner performance and optimize strategies or make recommendations for improvement based on these results
• Provide weekly status/progress and forecast reports to show achievement of goals and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective partnerships
Requirements and Skills:
• Creator Economy and/or Social Media track record
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A successful background in business development
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record
