· Read specifications and construction drawings to determine construction requirements and perform per specifications and industry best practices as well as all required codes.
· Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities and subcontractors when required
· Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
· Maintain documentation per client requirements, including job reports and job / daily progress photos.
Hotels booked and paid for by the employer and food stipends provided when traveling. We travel Monday thru Friday out of town and occasionally some weekends.
