You will report directly to the Associate Director of Hospitality and will be a full-time remote position.

You’ll Get To…
• Develop and facilitate customized virtual training sessions for customers based on individual needs
• Reproduce and troubleshoot software and data issues in test environments and by reviewing logs & queries
• Manage the escalation of incidents in a timely and efficient manner, following established guidelines; ensure incidents are accurately reported to management, and ensure each incident is formally documented for customers
• Maintain knowledge of Tock application, supported devices, third party integrations, processes, and policies and effectively communicates these to the customer
• Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams and recommend creative solutions to improve the customer experience
• Create and maintain articles for Tock’s external Help Center
• Provide regular two-way communication between the customer and Tock leaders, to provide strong team representation and set proper customer expectations
• Serve as Tock’s customer-facing point of contact, representing Tock’s brand and setting proper customer expectations
• Collaborate with teams such as Account Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction

Product designers at Squarespace are embedded within product teams amongst product managers, engineers and researchers. Our product teams are collaborative, and each member is directly responsible for the team's success.

We are looking for promising designers for our summer intern... program to work with full-time product designers on our Commerce and Presence teams. The Commerce team is focused on helping entrepreneurs start and grow their online businesses on Squarespace. The Presence team provides the platform for customers to build a website that expresses their brand through online content and outstanding design.. Together with the product team, you will explore new opportunities for Squarespace users to expand their reach and share their products to vast, new audiences.

These roles will report to Senior Product Designers and be based in our New York City office.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate on project briefs and scoping
• Create rational, elegant solutions to complex problems
• Create wireframes and early-stage prototypes
• Want to understand the capabilities and technical constraints of the systems with which you'll work with
• Clearly present ideas and work to the product team and larger group
• Deliver comps, flows and assets to team members
• Participate in user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency
• Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem

Qualifications
• Graduated student (Spring 2023) or currently enrolled student graduating in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
• Previous internship or work experience
• An understanding of visual and user experience design
• Experience using Figma
• An understanding of web and mobile applications

A portfolio of relevant design work is required for consideration. It should illustrate your involvement and how you contributed to solving specific problems.

You'll Get To...
• Lead the content strategy for Professional User and Enterprise in collaboration with business leads and marketing counterparts
• Develop multi-channel, multi-quarter campaigns and content calendars
• Manage a team of creators and ensure efficient and on-time delivery of high-quality content in a variety of formats and media
• Identify relevant metrics to track performance of content initiatives and the team
• Review performance metrics and other feedback, and iterate on strategy and optimize execution based on results
• Collaborate with our Product Marketing team through the creation and delivery of proposals, calendars, project plans, and creative briefs
• Partner with business leads and marketing counterparts to develop brand guidelines
• Manage outsourced content creation including freelance and agency relationship management, and budget tracking
• Develop processes to ensure that content remains up to date and relevant.
• Occasionally research and write copy, as needed, for various channels including forums, web pages, emails, newsletters, blog posts, product guides, sales enablement materials, video scripts, etc.

Who We're Looking For
• Track record of developing comprehensive strategies and tactics, and effective leadership
• 8+ years of experience in B2B content development and/or content marketing
• Experience managing a team or otherwise leading others in content development indirectly
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• 7+ years of product development, business consulting, business operations, or program management experience in a tech-driven environment

• Excited about being hands on, able to roll up their sleeves and get things done, while thinking in systems
