The Regional Sales Manager is a key role within the SquareTrade Field Operations team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Operations, this role is pivotal in working with key
stakeholders including, but not limited to, the Partner Field stakeholders, Channel Sales Leads, and SquareTrade channel partners to grow partner performance within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Must have expert-level knowledge of software architecture principles
• A great understanding of web technologies, UI frameworks and event-driven architectures
• Experience in building and scaling engineering organizations; demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and coach engineers and managers
• Good knowledge on tracking and setting goals to improve quality and efficiency
• Great communication skills
