About the Role
We are seeking to hire a Software Engineer with an understanding of networking concepts, as well as familiarity with proxy and caching applications. If you are interested in working on applications with very high transaction rates and concurrency, this job may be a good fit for you. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop software that powers several of our core services and to coordinate with other teams working on different layers of the infrastructure.
This role will report to our: Tech Lead – CDN Development
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with agile teams to develop edge applications during all phases of agile SDLC.
• Contribute to the software development, testing, and maintenance of our proxy and caching applications
• Participate in providing development estimates for user stories
• Triage, debug, and provide solutions for production issues
Desired Skills and Experience
• Motivated individual with the ability to learn and adapt to a wide array of new technologies
• Understanding of programming fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
• Experience with object-oriented software development, with an understanding of software design patterns
• Familiarity with all aspects of SDLC, including unit testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Experience with C++, Golang, and/or other objected oriented languages
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• BS Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Accounting Manager. This role will be responsible for leading monthly close process to ensure our books are closed timely and accurately in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
This role will report to: Vice President, Corporate Controller
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare payroll journal entries for the Company and its foreign subsidiaries.
• Prepare accrual entries for contractor labor, professional fees and other G&A expenses.
• Work closely with operation teams to collect information and prepare entries for labor cost capitalization.
• Prepare debt and equity related entries and schedules.
• Lead monthly financial reports and variance analysis preparation.
• Review and/ or prepare monthly GL entries required to record the activities of the Company and subsidiaries including but not limited to cash, prepaid expenses entries.
• Review and/ or prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure all reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner.
• Drive continuous process improvement in the department to improve controls, accuracy, and time to close.
• Provide support for the annual audits performed by independent auditors.
• Additional projects and duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; CPA strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of general ledger experience is required.
• Experience with multi-entities and intercompany transactions is required.
• Experience as a manager or supervisor is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with NetSuite a big plus.
• Ability to problem solve and investigate discrepancies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate processes and manage multiple deadlines.
• Prior experience with international accounting is preferred.
