Guide guests on a walking tour of Notre Dame Stadium, stopping at various points of interest, and answering guests' questions. This is a high visibility role that provides information about and access to, the Notre Dame Stadium. You are required to deliver positive and accurate information about the University of Notre Dame, the football program and Notre Dame Stadium, while adhering to the approved script and timetable. This is an interactive tour and you will be expected to engage guests. At times you may be required to use good judgment to alter the tour, to accommodate other stadium operations or to avoid occupied areas.
There is a preferred candidate for this open position.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have the ability to represent Notre Dame effectively with a positive, enthusiastic demeanor and possess good presentations skills.
• Have the ability to serve as a positive, professional ambassador for Notre Dame.
• Need experience in providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the University of Notre Dame Stadium and history.

A Part-Time Tour Guide is needed to conduct tours throughout Yankee Stadium. Candidates should be comfortable speaking in public to large groups and have experience in a customer-facing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct Yankee Stadium tours in a fun, informative, and engaging manner for individuals and groups
• Distribute promotional items to tour guests
• Perform additional duties and assist with projects as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• Prior experience conducting tours
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
