What You'll Do

The Customer Experience Team Lead is a "player/coach" position responsible for both leading a team of employees in the selling of company products and services as well as providing customers with a world class customer experience. Specifically, you'll:
• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities and workload for all team members
• Proactively work with the team to solve problems or challenges to ensure customer commitments are met
• Act as the primary point of contact and/or escalation for Customer Experience team members with questions or in need of technical support
• Provide leadership and communication to the team to ensure customer and business KPI's and quality standards are met
• Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the team
• Conduct an effective performance management process that gives meaningful feedback and situational coaching
• Focus on continuous improvement by identifying, implementing and/or leading process improvement initiatives
• Provide or facilitate team member training on Infrastructure product lines for customers by attending regular training and product educations sessions for key accounts.
• Review and approve attendance requests and timecards in ShopTrak.

Where You Will Work

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.

Who You Are

The successful candidate will have the ability to set-up and operate two nut forming machines. While operating the machine the operator will follow the quality policy and production standards of CAM Fasteners.

Essential Functions
• Practices and trains operators to work safely.
• Demonstrates the ability to set up, operate and troubleshoot nut forming machines
• Practices and trains operators to produce quality products utilizing Manufacturing drawings, process control documents, training materials, and departmental work instructions.
• Practices and trains operators to efficiently and effectively maximize the output of the production equipment.
• Demonstrates the ability to respectively and effectively communicate with operators, supervision and support teams.
• Demonstrates the safe use of all shop support equipment necessary to prepare or modify tooling to produce products meeting the customer expectations.
• Practices and trains operators to utilize all internal forms of measuring devices, such as micrometers, calipers, gages, etc.
• Evaluates and communicates machine conditions and/or concerns to both maintenance and supervision.
• Practices and trains operators to keep machines in best operating conditions, including replacing worn fasteners, machine parts or tooling.

Tasks
• Sets and operates nut forming machines, as required by demand or direction of supervision
• Efficiently produces quality products that meet all expectations.
• Maintains the entire workplace in a safe, clean operating condition on a daily basis.
• Communicates all pertinent and/or necessary information to fellow employees.
• Gathers materials for production such as: part drawings, tool drawings, production schedules, production requirements, production reports, etc.
• Reports production and set-up in the K-Lite production tracking system
• Detects and reports faulty machine and/or equipment conditions, material anomalies, part / tool drawing discrepancies or other unusual shop floor activities.

Pay Range $27.00 to $40.00 Depending on experience.

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. from floor level to waist, and waist to floor on a repeated basis
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Must be able to work in an un air-conditioned, shop environment
• Able to bend, twist, and squat in sometimes awkward positions for prolonged periods of time while exerting force (pushing or pulling) on hand tools used to adjust machine.
• Visual acuity for detailed work.
• Manual dexterity.

Other Duties
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication
• Blue print reading
• Inspection Tools (Micrometer, Caliper, Drop gages, etc.)
• 5 years of related experience
• Experience with National and Nakimura preferred

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Select goods from stock to assemble product into finished sets and perform scheduled re-work as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:
• Select goods from stock to complete sets.
• Check quality of goods selected.
• Verify item numbers against the set orders.
• Assemble correct product into appropriate set containers.
• Sort, stack, and move set/bag containers.
• Perform assigned re-work of product as specified on non-conforming material reports supplied.
• Sort, bag, locate, and add to increase sheet refinished truck worn product. Willingness to cross-train and provide back-up support to return to stock put away.
• Organize inventory and return product back to stock in active pick locations. Performs any other duties deemed necessary by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient mathematical skills

Ability to read and write in English.

Physically agile with the ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and lift/maneuver 50 lbs.

Ability to work cohesively with a diverse range of people.

Flexible attitude towards job duties and willingness to perform a variety of tasks upon request.

Excellent listening skills and possesses the ability to follow and reply to system voice commands

What You'll Do

The Management Systems Leader - CoE works with key stakeholders across SBD globally to manage various EHS programs, including policy development, technical support, and guidance to customer at operations sites and other locations. Support sites with program implementation, corrective action closure, EHS data validation to enable accurate external reporting. A key focus for this role is working with the team to identify preventative measures that can be implemented company-wide keeping the health and safety of our employees and visitors at the forefront and assure environmental and regulatory compliance. Specifically, you'll:
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SBD's EHS Management System elements
• Promote the full integration of SBD's EHS Policy and EHS Management System into operations and work processes to ensure compliance and promote achievement of SBD's EHS standards
