Stash is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the overarching product strategy for the internal tools and platform that powers our Business Operations teams.

Business Operations at Stash is comprised of four areas: Customer Ops, (customer support), Brokerage Ops (trading, user and account management, ACAT processing, document reviews, reconciliation, etc.), Bank Ops (disputes investigation, processing and fulfillment, reconciliation, etc.), and Fraud Ops (fraud rules management and investigation).

Our team works with Design, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver the tooling these teams need to perform critical functions that have significant customer and business impact.

What you’ll do:
• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and goals that supports Business Operations’ ability to achieve its next level of maturity
• Create new or improve existing qual/quant feedback loops for tooling to drive business insights and ensure high quality product delivery
• Inform build vs. buy decisions that effectively scale the tooling platform from current state into a more mature seamless application suite and capability set
• Identify overlapping opportunities across Business Operations, connecting dots to solve shared problems with common approaches or solutions when appropriate
• Partner with Business Operations stakeholders and Engineering to build and maintain high quality change management, user acceptance testing, and release management processes
• Ensure the Operations tooling platform effectively supports Stash’s compliance with all relevant regulations
• Identify opportunities to incorporate systemic preventative and detective controls against high risk tasks and processes
• Enhance, automate, and deliver new tooling that reduces agent burden, agent error, and cost to service, while maintaining or improving the customer experience
• Coach and develop other product managers on the team, in addition to being a strong individual contributor

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years product management experience
• Experience working in fintech, fintech operations preferred
• Experience building successful products within operations, including managing complex, cross-functional initiatives (planning, execution, and delivery)
• Expertise in contact center / operations technology and the relevant vendor landscape (case management, servicing channels and automation, workflow management, etc…)
• Knowledge of relevant customer service and operations metrics

We are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer with a passion for building customer-centric, reliable, scalable, and performant software. In this role, you will provide strategic technical guidance for your Engineering Organization and fellow Principal Engineer cohort, with a focus on simplicity, scalability, problem solving and successful delivery. As VP of Product & Experience, you will report directly to our Head of Product and be responsible for strategizing, developing, delivering and executing on our product roadmap and vision for all Stash products and customer experiences. What we’re looking for:• 10+ years experience in FinTech, with at least 5 years leading high-performance teams.
• Deep experience working with financial products and working within a highly regulated industry is strongly preferred
• Deep experience owning roadmaps, product strategy and understanding how to rally teams behind and execute upon a thorough long-term plan
• Extensive experience working on large-scale user experience, brand, and content strategy transformations
• Strong understanding of all facets of bringing a product to market including: market analysis, product-market fit, positioning strategy, MVP's, go-to-market strategy, pricing, testing, iterating based off of testing results, etc.
• Familiar with product development in Agile environments; experience with squad structures a plus
• Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate

JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for providing the Director Inventory Control needed support related to the supervision and control over corporate inventory.The ideal associate is required to complete timely reports and documentation / training that will assist in the disposition and categorization required to maintain the safety and integrity of those assets.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:•Collet data from all assigned Inventory Auditors monthly JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for providing the Director Inventory Control needed support related to the supervision and control over corporate inventory.The ideal associate is required to complete timely reports and documentation / training that will assist in the disposition and categorization required to maintain the safety and integrity of those assets.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:•Collet data from all assigned Inventory Auditors monthly audits, review performance, execution, and trends with Director of Inventory.•Supervise all store locations and inventory schedules in assigned markets and funnel through with Director.•Verify store counts for all markets are completed in a timely and accurate manner. •Train and audit all Auditors on expected job performance and review progress at the end of each month to report to Director of Inventory.•Audits various market stores and inventory management practices on a scheduled basis and report to Director.•Work with Location Managers... and Inventory Auditors at resolving inventory discrepancies by ensuring the best practices of inventory management are being followed. •Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams, including those from accounting, marketing, purchasing, showrooms, and DC locations.•Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports related to inventory status by store, DC, or other areas as may be appropriate to director.•Review and approve adjustments and audit reports before sending to Director.•Conduct periodic audits of completed location counts and (FTC) floor to ceiling inventory counts.•Review, consolidate, and submit results from FTC counts for all regions to Director of Inventory at the end of each month.•Review monthly showroom shrink costs and provide to Director of Inventory as required.•Ensuring the upkeep on all documented spreadsheets.•Oversee and maintain inventory budgets and count dates for assigned markets. •Assist the Director of Inventory in improving processes and procedures to reduce inventory shrink.•Assist in investigating and resolving inventory issues at assigned stores locations on a timely basis through the effective interaction with Store Managers and DC Managers.•Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and processes.•Travel to assigned markets to conduct inventory counts and audits, to include standing in the gap for other associates•Report monthly / quarterly report card on all assigned locations.•Attend semiannual meetings with Director of Inventory and all auditors.•Identify failures to execute proper inventory management and reporting cases to appropriate members of management.•Assist with performance evaluations with Director quarterly and yearly on Auditors.•Hire and train new auditors.•Work with director on enhancement of training material for Inventory Auditors.•Work with Director on all new acquisitions of new markets and inventory planning•Ensure root cause and corrective actions are implemented in all assigned Market locations.•Review and approve assigned market travel expenses monthly and report to Director of Inventory.•Other duties responsibilities as assigned Show more details...
