Responsibilities
· This role suites candidates willing and able to grow the rapidly increasing client-base that utilize Statista’s market research platform
· Own and develop Book of Business in the Technology Sector to ensure Client Success
· Build valuable relationships with key users in the customer’s organization to enable a great customer experience and capture any concerns from a commercial perspective
· Drive Customer Engagement through targeted email campaigns, Webinars and Trainings

· Be responsible for delivering and communicating ROI for your clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
· Identify upgrade and upsell opportunities within your Book of Business and communicate to Sales Teams
· Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality, through consistent communication and training
· Create and Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce)
· Consistently go above and beyond to exceed both individual and team goals
· Become an expert of Statista’s platform and various accompanying research offerings
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience building B2B relationships with a focus on client retention in Client Success or Sales
· Proven track record and confidence in client-facing roles
· Experience in subscription-based business model in the Technology Sector

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Who We Need
As the Head of Marketing - Demand Generation, you will own the strategy and execution for all marketing lead channels including email marketing, events, trade shows, and social. This is a highly collaborative role, working across Global Marketing and the Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success teams in the Americas to execute and drive demand generation and customer marketing programs. The primary goal for this position is pipeline creation and optimization of the marketing funnel. You should have strong experience delivering and measuring successful lead generation programs in a SaaS-based/data company.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
• Strong leadership skills; able to mentor and drive a team to achieve desired results
• Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
• Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
• Work with the global marketing communications and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
• Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with close attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple people, vendors, and projects on deadline
• Comfortable in a start-up environment

Who We Need
As the Head of Marketing - Demand Generation, you will own the strategy and execution for all marketing lead channels including email marketing, events, trade shows, and social. This is a highly collaborative role, working across Global Marketing and the Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success teams in the Americas to execute and drive demand generation and customer marketing programs. The primary goal for this position is pipeline creation and optimization of the marketing funnel. You should have strong experience delivering and measuring successful lead generation programs in a SaaS-based/data company.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
• Strong leadership skills; able to mentor and drive a team to achieve desired results
• Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
• Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
• Work with the global marketing communications and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
• Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with close attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple people, vendors, and projects on deadline
• Comfortable in a start-up environment
• Proficient with Salesforce and B2B marketing automation tools
Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience
• 1-2 year of management experience
• Excel proficiency, basic HTML and writing skills
• Experience managing 3rd party contractors - designers, writers, and agencies
• Experience working at a SaaS company preferred
• B.A. in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study preferred
