Consultants are expected to be team players and collaborators in innovative work initiatives and projects with the Center for International Disability Advocacy and Diplomacy leadership team. The Community AntiRacism Education (C.A.R.E.) Initiative Lead Organizer is a full-time probationary faculty appointment in either the soon-to-be established C.A.R.E. Responsibilities have included:
• Organizing and supporting existing anti-racism education workshops on campus and in the community
• Taking a key role in partnership with several collaborative community initiatives including the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Community Celebration in January, the annual Community Conversation on Race in October, and as a member of the local Create CommUNITY organization (for examples), which share a similar mission to dismantle racism through systemic change
The Lead Organizer will help create and join change efforts and lead within several ongoing campus and community initiatives, locally and nationally.
Salary and specific rank will be determined based on the individual applicant's credentials at time of hire in accordance with Article 21, Section D of the IFO contract .

Job Description:
The Development Director will work to develop and facilitate relationships with external entities to increase philanthropic support to the University. The Development Director works to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward prospective donors; coordinate volunteer activities to advance donor fundraising potential; and participates in ongoing stewardship activities. Much of the work involves face-to-face and virtual relationship management. The Development Director focuses on gifts of $25,000 per year and more. The position serves as a key member of the Advancement & Alumni Engagement team and works in close collaboration with other Directors of Development.
Responsibilities
• Manage initiatives, visits, and other activities leading to charitable contributions and work collaboratively with the appropriate personnel in the colleges, schools and departments to carry out these activities.
• Recruit, enlist, supervise, and direct the work of volunteers for cultivation and solicitation of major gifts.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gifts ($25,000 +) for established University priorities.
• Provide recognition and stewardship reports to major donors.
• Participate as a member of the University-wide leadership team for prospect coordination.
• Identify priorities for fundraising and develop supporting materials in collaboration with the Deans and Department Directors.
• Create assessments for area on impact, and around retention of donors.
• Participate in special events to cultivate alumni, supporters, and friends of the University.
Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree plus three years of professional experience or Bachelor's degree plus four years of professional experience.
• Five years of relevant experience in fundraising.
• Ability to speak and write in a persuasive manner. An understanding of human motivation and principles affecting fundraising.
• Demonstrated ability to ask for philanthropic contributions.
• A high degree of creativity, innovation, and self-motivation and the ability to work in a complex organization with a high degree of latitude in problem solving.
• Ability to interact with the community of St. Cloud State University as an integral part of its external relations efforts.
• Ability to project a positive image of service that presents the University positively.

Job Description:
The Development Director will work to develop and facilitate relationships with external entities to increase philanthropic support to the University. The Development Director works to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward prospective donors; coordinate volunteer activities to advance donor fundraising potential; and participates in ongoing stewardship activities. Much of the work involves face-to-face and virtual relationship management. The Development Director focuses on gifts of $25,000 per year and more. The position serves as a key member of the Advancement & Alumni Engagement team and works in close collaboration with other Directors of Development.
Responsibilities
• Manage initiatives, visits, and other activities leading to charitable contributions and work collaboratively with the appropriate personnel in the colleges, schools and departments to carry out these activities.
• Recruit, enlist, supervise, and direct the work of volunteers for cultivation and solicitation of major gifts.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gifts ($25,000 +) for established University priorities.
• Provide recognition and stewardship reports to major donors.
• Participate as a member of the University-wide leadership team for prospect coordination.
• Identify priorities for fundraising and develop supporting materials in collaboration with the Deans and Department Directors.
• Create assessments for area on impact, and around retention of donors.
• Participate in special events to cultivate alumni, supporters, and friends of the University.
Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree plus three years of professional experience or Bachelor's degree plus four years of professional experience.
• Five years of relevant experience in fundraising.
• Ability to speak and write in a persuasive manner. An understanding of human motivation and principles affecting fundraising.
• Demonstrated ability to ask for philanthropic contributions.
• A high degree of creativity, innovation, and self-motivation and the ability to work in a complex organization with a high degree of latitude in problem solving.

Job Description
The purpose of this position is to support the mission and vision of the University and College of Education and Learning Design in providing quality educator preparation programs that develop highly qualified education professionals for P-12 schools and institutions of higher education at the State, national and international level. This person will perform program audit and continuous improvement functions by building quality assurance models and systems that provide information necessary for decision making and long range planning to Deans, program directors, departments, and other high-level professional staff. This position will additionally support program enhancement and capacity building through research on best practices and program/policy development, and will also support program faculty in research endeavors. This position is instrumental in helping shape state and national educational policy through active participation in state and national Associations of Colleges of Teacher Education and the work of the Minnesota Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB).
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience in PK-12 or Higher Education in assessment and evaluation including educator preparation
• Demonstrated experience with education related state and/or national accreditation
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects, develop work plans, and assign priorities and time limits and effectively present data/research reports to stakeholders

Job Description
The purpose of this position is to support the mission and vision of the University and College of Education and Learning Design in providing quality educator preparation programs that develop highly qualified education professionals for P-12 schools and institutions of higher education at the State, national and international level. This person will perform program audit and continuous improvement functions by building quality assurance models and systems that provide information necessary for decision making and long range planning to Deans, program directors, departments, and other high-level professional staff. This position will additionally support program enhancement and capacity building through research on best practices and program/policy development, and will also support program faculty in research endeavors. This position is instrumental in helping shape state and national educational policy through active participation in state and national Associations of Colleges of Teacher Education and the work of the Minnesota Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB).
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience in PK-12 or Higher Education in assessment and evaluation including educator preparation
• Demonstrated experience with education related state and/or national accreditation
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects, develop work plans, and assign priorities and time limits and effectively present data/research reports to stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, statistical analysis, and computer programs and software packages to provide model structures for the development of unit reports
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Group facilitation skills and experience
• Demonstrated effective professional engagement with persons from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
