DIETARY/KITCHEN AIDE OVERVIEW: The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for preparing food and cleaning the kitchen and food service areas.

DIETARY/KITCHEN AIDE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
• Preparing food and serve meals
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times
• Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses etc.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage
• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware

Flexibility is key and no one day will be the same as the next. You will build up the IT department and be the go-to resource internally and externally with our vendors. Some key responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact and manage daily IT operations.
• Serve as the Information System Security Manager.
• Develop and maintain unclassified and classified networks and systems.
• Manages Risk Management Framework (RMF) security packages in eMass to obtain system accreditation.
• Develop new security controls to meet updated standards and business needs.
• Develop and execute incident response plans as necessary.
• Translate business needs into IT and information security program strategies and execute them accordingly.
• Propose and maintain budgets for company-wide IT and information security resources.
• Design, implement, and maintain corporate network infrastructure (cloud-based and on-prem) ensuring required compliance within corporate and industrial security frameworks.
• Implement new systems and shepherd Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation.
• Collaborate across various corporate departments to identify and address IT policy and system requirements and needs.
• Manage existing vendors while also identifying new technologies and vendors to meet the company's IT and information security needs.
• Work closely with our MSP to monitor corporate infrastructure health and requirements.

The Fine Print

Qualifications/What You Will Bring:
• At least 8+ years of experience in IT system administration.
• Prior experience obtaining accreditation of at least one classified system.
• Must have Security+ and ability to obtain DoD 8570.1 certification requirements commensurate with position (company-paid).
• Previous hands-on involvement in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-level IT systems and networks.
• Expertise in networking and security configuration of firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Expertise in server deployment and group policy management.
• In-depth knowledge of security standards and frameworks, including NIST SP 800, FedRAMP, CMMC, and RMF, ensuring comprehensive understanding and adherence.
• Expertise in Windows and Linux administration
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Haves:
• Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell, and related security tools (Defender, Intune, Sentinel, AIP, DLP, etc.).
• Experience building application packages for Intune.
• Technical certifications in Azure.
• Experience with macOS administration.

Education/Credentials:
• A degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance. Preferred – TS/SCI, Minimum – Secret

MEDICATION TECH RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow the assistance plan in providing services to residents.
2. Assist in the development and updating of each resident's assistance plan.
3. Dispense all prescribed medication as ordered by the physician.
4. Maintain an accurate Medication Administration Record.
5. Maintain and count an accurate Controlled Substance Record.
6. Inform Administration of any change in a resident’s condition.
7. Follow up with pharmacy to ensure in proper and expedited delivery of all medication
8. Encourage socialization among residents.
9. Encourage and/or remind residents to participate in activities. Promote activities enthusiastically to pique residents' interest.
10. Chaperone activities outside the facility when requested.
11. Monitor health, safety and well-being of the residents.
12. Document information pertaining to changes in residents' functional status, personal needs, appointments, etc.
13. Assist in keeping the environment safe for residents.
14. Provide one-on-one support/visitation to assigned residents on a weekly basis or as requested by REPORT TO or as specified in the assistance plan or daily communication log.
15. Report concerns about residents to Administration.
16. Respond to resident emergencies; provide first-aid assistance and arrange for appropriate medical attention/follow-up.
17. Arrange for transportation services for transfers.
18. Identify supplies needed to perform tasks and report needs to REPORT TO.
19. Practice safety in working around and with equipment, chemicals, tools and utensils.
