I am delighted to announce I am working alongside a friendly and forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice based within the beautiful region of Bath.
I am looking to speak with candidates who have 3 - 5 years minimum, working in a UK-based architectural practice, ideally having experience working on both residential and commercial projects.

I am delighted to announce I am working alongside a friendly and forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice based within the beautiful region of Bath.
I am looking to speak with candidates who have 3 - 5 years minimum, working in a UK-based architectural practice, ideally having experience working on both residential and commercial projects.
Having placed candidates within this business previously, I can say first-hand what a super place this is to work. This is a close-knit team, but they are incredibly busy and dynamic with a diverse workload with project values of £300,000 to £8 million.
Projects are delivered at exceptional standards and varied across the heritage and residential sectors.
Key skills requirements for this Architectural Technician or Technologist role:
Strong technical knowledge
Strong AutoCAD, along with Adobe & Sketch up
Excellent communication skills
Good detailing knowledge in various construction methodologies
Competent user of Microsoft Office packages, with good general IT skills
Familiarity of current UK Building Regulations, as well as all associated legislation.
Comfortable understanding of architectural specifications. NBS Specification experience is not immediately essential, but useful.
