The Senior Web Developer will take on a leading role in web development efforts. In this position, you will lead efforts to enhance our consumer experience through continuous improvement and innovative testing. As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our software as a service (SaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platforms. This role requires expert knowledge in understanding and implementing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to existing and new websites as well as maintaining and updating our SaaS and IaaS tools as needed. You will leverage your experience in maintaining AWS & WPEngine environments to build a migration plan for WordPress content into a modern framework while ensuring comparable CMS functionality and security. You will also perform CMS changes, including functional and styling changes through CSS and JS, and the ability to build a migration plan for WordPress content into a modern framework ensuring comparable CMS functionality and security.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate as a leading figure in web development efforts by establishing continuous improvement and innovative testing to enhance our consumer experience; including A/B testing, interactivity enhancements, UX/UI implementation, prototyping websites within Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platforms
Establish testing cycles for the channels, assisting in defining and measuring test outcomes
Support daily-weekly-monthly campaign strategies by providing development expertise
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and apply them to tasks and projects as appropriate
Drive the efforts in promoting a risk-aware culture and adhering to required standards and processes
Mentor and guide Web Developers I/II towards best practices and methods
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Web Development
EXPERIENCE: 4+ years web development, in-house or agency
CERTIFICATION(S): Bachelor’s or equivalent “Bootcamp” certification.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Expert understanding of content management systems, Software-as-a-Service hosting platforms, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms
Proficient in creating web content using modern web development standards including React.js, Node.js, API integration and development
Experience implementing Google Analytics 4
Knowledge of Google Analytics Dashboard and Looker Studio
Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office Suite
Proficient in version control system (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.), Developer Tools, and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Visual Studio Code
Familiar with Cloud based application development, such as Amazon S3, Lambda, or Lightsail
A self-starter who is eager to learn, focused, and passionate about creating well-designed and thoroughly tested responsive site designs
Team-player who thrives in a rapid growth environment which constantly evolves and presents new and exciting challenges every day

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years web development
CERTIFICATION(S): Boot Camp Certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
Experience creating Single Page Applications (SPAs).

Experience with frontend frameworks Angular, Vue.js, Next.js and React Native
Experience in back end data processing from back-end databases and services using SQL, NOSQL, PHP
Familiarity with web design including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud products.
