You will... be responsible for finding new direct advertising partners to increase monetization opportunities. You will also be responsible for finding new affiliate partners (finance bloggers etc) to drive traffic to SuperMoney on a performance basis. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute strategies to recruit targeted advertisers and publisher affiliates in the consumer finance space. Develop strategic monetization opportunities for partners (decline traffic, bounces, etc.) Grow the contribution of existing publisher affiliate partners. Lead affiliate contract negotiation. Review and negotiate terms, contracts, I/O, guidelines Negotiate, develop and manage various campaigns (Email, CPA, CPC, CPM, CPL, PPC, PPV) with online partners. Create and manage weekly, monthly and yearly reports to measure all aspects of affiliate channel KPI's. Perform ROI analysis and identify tactics for constant improvement. Develop and manage an annual affiliate budget, track ongoing monthly expenditures, process and manage vendor invoices and accruals. Monitor affiliate day-to-day activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate ROI. Keep abreast of competition; competitive issues, products and performance based marketing and lead generation.
