What you'll do

Play a meaningful role in delivering and crafting the future of digital and analytics in the supply chain organisation. This will include evaluating new solutions and approaches, and progressing the use of advanced analytics including big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence for Supply Chain.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives in the Digital Strategy, which will include: undertaking impact assessments, ensuring business requirements are testable, working with the Portfolio Director and Technical leads to identify the most effective delivery model & solution, project managing the delivery which may include taking the role of Scrum Master or Project Manager. You will also be responsible for supervising business benefits of each initiative.

Through our digital transformation, we will build citizen developer capability across the organization. In the early phases of that journey you will also be required to support the business through the creation of analytics reports and dashboards.

You will engage with key stakeholders from across GSC&S to understand their needs, showcase the art of the possible and help shape their demand. You will also work closely with delivery teams across IT and the GSC&S Data Science team to deliver exciting new capability, as well as advance the quality of analysis and business intelligence capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree (or equivalent)
• Significant experience combined in a customer facing role / consultant role, supply chain and analytics position.
• Significant Project/Programme Management experience with proven delivery track record ideally in end-to-end delivery of applications development
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to use data to influence business decisions and drive desired behaviours
• Understanding of Supply Chain concepts and experience in a Planning/Inventory/Logistics/Forecasting role or an IT role supporting similar functions
• Demonstrated skills in story telling with data and ability to optimally present sophisticated information to senior leaders in a meaningful manner!
• Ability to handle ambiguity and change both optimally and pragmatically

• SC Stakeholders: Be the voice of customer for the supply chain organization users

Skills for Supply Chain Digital Product Owner
• Achieve Results: Strong focus on achieving critical supply chain KPIs with speed and agility
• Business acumen: Strong business acumen on supply chain KPIs and able to connect KPIs with its impact on the P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow and Customer Experience
• Domain Knowledge: Strong supply chain functional domain. Role Objective

The Manager owns all non-configuration activities during all phases of project work. The manager is the direct link between the operations and IT teams for their functional area and is responsible for all communication, delegation and coordination of activities to the appropriate roles.

This role is responsible for supporting Supply Chain Strategy and functional areas teams by leading key, strategic, continuous improvement (CI) projects with a focus on leveraging SAP and other systems. These positions are tasked with driving process improvement and process standardization within the functional areas. These roles support users with technical knowledge as needed, as well as driving system improvements via various methods (including training, testing, investigating new functionality, defining requirements, etc.) Proactively seek and recommend appropriate solutions and options to stay current with technology and industry changes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Analyzes operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others. Determines opportunities for improvement of key metrics and executes action plans to achieve results.

Identify, train and maintain the Subject Matter Experts for each functional area.

Provide current support for high priority items, investigates, resolves and or escalates process area as

appropriate.

Identifies process improvements and facilitate open issues resolution.

Adapts quickly to change to meet dynamic business needs; Displays flexibility and appropriate sense of

urgency.

Monitor process compliance while supporting business teams.

• Basic knowledge of data visualization toolsets like PowerBI, Tableau, or Spotfire
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols used in manufacturing systems, such as OPC (OLE for Process Control), or MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, including MES, SCADA, DCS, PLC, and their integration requirements.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical & Life Sciences domain is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud security, vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and network security to design systems that protect sensitive manufacturing data from potential threats
• Experience in design and implementation of Digital Twins
• Experience working with regulated systems including GxP, SoX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Professional Architect License or Equivalent certification from any public cloud provider, preferably, Microsoft Azure.
• Enterprise Architecture certifications like OPEN CA, TOGAF, Zachman EA, ITIL Master, CISSP or similar
