- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that outcomes and deliverables meet spec and satisfy important needs of the business
- Drive year-over year growth for Sweetwater’s promotions, email marketing, and giveaways
- Monitor and measure campaign success, providing weekly and monthly reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain on-site banner dates, targeting, exclusions, and shop categories
- Review and approve deal & rebate messages for product pages and sale pages
- Testing & quality assurance for a myriad of promotional web pages, email tests, banner ads, and other customer facing assets
- Grow the number & quality of new leads in Sweetwater’s customer database through marketing giveaways
- Ensure that new leads in the database have a high quality & consistent experience
- Aid Brand Manager and other team members as needed for specialized projects and deliverables
- Create, manage and follow up on all technical support tickets and troubleshooting relating to lead generation campaigns
