Job Description
Synology America Corp is looking for highly proactive and dynamic Account Managers for multiple departments in their North America sales team. All AMs will share common responsibilities centered around growing Synology’s business through product evangelism, educating existing accounts, and proactively seeking out and starting conversations with new accounts.
This is NOT a commissioned based role. Your success as an AM will be measured by quantity and quality of reciprocated engagement.
As an Account Manager you will:
• Become a subject matter expert on Synology hardware and software
• Search for opportunities where Synology can deliver value – then engage and tactfully position a solution
• Demonstrate Synology software for an audience
• Design and spec deployments for your accounts individually
• Be able to plan, execute, present and follow up on virtual and in person events across the US and Canada
• Advocate for our business users and resellers to internal design teams- helping steer product development.
