THE OPPORTUNITY
Take the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in a key role at TAFE NSW! We are looking for passionate and motivated candidates to join an eligibility list of TAFE Services Coordinator (TWL4) candidates at our Brewarrina campus. Candidates who are successful in obtaining a place on this list will be eligible for TAFE Services Coordinator (TWL4) vacancies over the next 18 months, including leave coverage and permanent / temporary positions that arise.

As a TAFE Services Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with local functional areas to deliver excellent customer service experiences to optimise community engagement. On a day-to-day basis you may find yourself managing accommodation requests, supporting campus emergency management and working closely with the local facilities management team to set up events. This is a campus-based role and successful candidates will be required to work onsite.

ABOUT YOU
Applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude, you are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues and community. You have excellent negotiation and communication skills. You are technologically savvy with sound experience within Microsoft Office Suite. Working independently, you are a self-starter and results driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:
• Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people
• Demonstrated success in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer needs
• Ability to work flexible shifts to align with TAFE operating hours (including evenings)
