About the role

As a Junior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be managing Tailor Brand’s email funnels, automation, pop-ups, and user journeys : from ideation, through configuration to analysis & optimization.

You’ll be Tailor Brand’s go-to person with everything related to email automation collaborating with content, paid acquisition and product, orchestrating Tailor Brands’s automated communications aligned with business and brand goals.

• Manage email automation and email funnels, including content messaging strategy

This individual will work within the Technology PMO and Strategic PMO teams to plan, execute, and implement assigned programs and/or projects, while also focusing on scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction. This individual will work with the appropriate cross functional teams (technical and/or business) to acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, or consultants in order to deliver large scale programs and/or projects according to the approved budget and plan. The Sr. Program Manager will focus on strategies and programs directly related to a portfolio, and/or product to include but not limited to departmental improvements, spanning from major projects to minor enhancements.

What you will do
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate FP&A Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This individual will be responsible for corporate finance functions such as preparing and maintaining the long-range three statement financial model, prepare 13-week cash flow model, provide Senior Management with conceptual, economic and business analysis necessary to make strategic business decisions with respect to the company's business portfolio and will report to the Director of Corporate FP&A.
