We're seeking a talented and experienced UI designer, fluent in React and Tailwind CSS , to... help us replace our bootstrap based front-end framework with Tailwind CSS components. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of modern CSS methodologies and patterns , and will be willing to work closely with our product team to understand the existing application and help us launch iterative improvements.

About you
• You've been working on CSS frameworks for enterprise-grade web applications .
• You have proven experience with Tailwind CSS .
• Fluency in React and Typescript is recommended.
• Have excellent visual design skills.
• You proactively question the existing UI implementations, and make thoughtful suggestions based on your expertise and understanding of the use case.

The candidate should expect to be dedicated full-time to this project, for approximately 3 to 6 months, but we're open to continuing the collaboration after that, if needed.

Dotsub is a 100% remote team, so you can also work from anywhere, as long as your working day overlaps for at least a few hours with the US Eastern time zone.

REQUIREMENTS...

- The tool should have editing panels on the right and a preview of the page on the left.

- It should allow the user to insert basic HTML elements into the page or other elements (text, image, etc.)

- It should allow the user to create sections with various grid or column options.

- It should allow the user to select elements on the page preview and style them using various TailwindCSS categories and classes

- It should be built using React

- The preview should update as changes are made

- For text elements, the user should be able to edit the text

- It should be able to export all the generated HTML or call and API endpoint to save it

- Nice to have: build as a Next.js app

- Nice to have: can load an existing HTML page or section (also from an API endpoint)
