What You'll Do
• Independently identify and reach out to potential contract (1099) fully licensed providers for Talkspace
• Guide contract (1099) providers through the application and verification process, from initial outreach to when they sign their contracts
• Answer provider questions about Talkspace throughout the recruitment process, creating an informative candidate experience
• Creatively source fully licensed providers in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing channels
• Prioritize hiring in difficult to fill states based on Talkspace's supply and demand needs
• Hire a designated number of 1099 therapists per month determined based on your experience in clinical recruitment
• Correctly tag and report on hiring targets on a biweekly basis, using our ATS, Greenhouse and other systems as directed
About You
• Secondary degree or working towards a secondary degree (Associates, Bachelors, etc)
• 1-3 years experience in clinical/healthcare sourcing and recruitment, recruitment specific to therapists is required
• 1-3 years experience in high volume recruitment
• Demonstrable sourcing experience utilizing resources beyond LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Ability to use creativity to solve problems and test new approaches
• Impressive time management and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• At ease with ambiguity
• Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The hourly range for this role is between $27 and $35 per hour. Within the hourly range, candidate’s relevant experience in clinical recruitment, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications are used to determine rate.

Compensation

What You’ll Do:

• Function as day-to-day influencer contact, using excellent communication and organizational skills
