This is an exciting opportunity to own your own territory as we continue to build our Enterprise team across the continent and beyond. You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software solutions, willing to work remotely with the backing of our team in the US HQ in Clearwater, FL.

Job Description
You will be responsible for growing your customer and revenue base by finding and winning new key accounts, as well as developing existing Mid-Market Accounts – the role is a combination of hunting (new) and farming (existing). We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team and take responsibility of rolling out all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects. The position involves planning, scheduling, and managing all the technical tasks to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality.
What You'll Do:
• Help customers manage installation
• Use the advanced scripting options and the REST APIs to enable new user cases in large enterprise installations
• Perform technical consulting for our customers
• Support user acceptance and system integration tests

Qualifications

TeamViewer is growing in North America, and we are looking for outstanding talent to add to the team of engineers that build and maintain the back-end services and infrastructure supporting our Frontline Apps low-code solution authoring tools.

• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure across multiple environments and platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
• Manage deployment processes for multiple feature and platform services also on premise
• Maintain and improve application availability and performance for a global portfolio of customers
• Identify manual processes, design, and implement automation solutions
• Guide teams in the design and implementation of microservice architectures
• Support incident response teams with in-depth infrastructure and service knowledge
• Manage APIs that support both design-time and run-time application functionality
• Work in collaboration with device client engineering teams to ensure that services meet performance, availability, and functional goals
• Constant focus on security by design, including mitigation of identified vulnerabilities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or any related subject. A relevant, comparable work experience is an alternative
• 3+ years of professional experience in the area of software development, preferably DevOps
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Knowledge of common log aggregation and monitoring solutions
• Ability to work efficiently with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Familiarity with common authentication standards and protocols (OAuth, OIDC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with both management and peers rounds up your profile
