• Provide excellent & memorable On-Site Technical Support
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Need to have a positive attitude and provide professionally & friendly Tech support
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive, professional demeanor and easy to work with
• Good with Different Technologies such as computers, i-Pads, Mobile Phones, internet
• A working knowledge of Home Theater Systems
• Need to be self-motivated and self-managed
As a Surprise Tech Guy, you will provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to customers in need. You quickly diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy. After determining whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed, you offer solutions to quickly get users up and running again. You must earn the trust of customers and coworkers alike as you offer guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training. If you have a friendly personality, are comfortable with computers and technology, and want a good friendly environment from which to work, apply here!
