Responsible for research and preparing technical reports to support due diligence-related projects. Responsible for training and oversight of others’ work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Demonstrated proficiency in writing reports, management of tasks, and utilization of report queue
• Prepare, review, proofread, and modify technical environmental reports
• Provide figures, photographs, and supporting documentation to illustrate or clarify information presented in the body of reports
• Review and summarize previous assessment reports, historical and regulatory records, and other documents
• Conduct interviews with property owners, occupants, key site personnel, and local government officials to obtain information concerning the environmental conditions of a property
• Provide mentoring/training and guidance to other writers
• Direct the work of other staff for routine work
• May have direct staff supervision responsibilities of team members
• Assist in delegation of workload as necessary
• Assist with training preparation materials and execution of portions of staff training
• Assist with report writing queue management as needed
• Assist in expanding the reporting queue to report types other than Phase I

Job Description

As the Technical Report Writer, you will type information, create formats, and document templates to transpose numbers and words from various formats, and compile a word document report along with adding test requirements.
