This role is responsible for performing... installation, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer-owned and company-owned coffee equipment both at customer locations and in the shop. This position is also responsible for providing high-quality work and excellent customer service to ensure highly satisfied customers.
Position Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• All equipment is tagged appropriately and check-in form is filled out
• Ensure all jobs are completed in FieldAware
• Communicate with customers on the status of their repairs
• Communicate parts/supplies shortages to Parts Coordinator or their manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Required to take a turn in the after hours on call rotation
• Ensure security of the facility
• Assist service technicians with installations and parts delivery
• Check-in with their manager at the beginning and end of each day
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
Certification/Degree
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Skills
• Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
