This role is responsible for performing... installation, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer-owned and company-owned coffee equipment both at customer locations and in the shop. Position Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• All equipment is tagged appropriately and check-in form is filled out
• Ensure all jobs are completed in FieldAware
• Communicate with customers on the status of their repairs
• Communicate parts/supplies shortages to Parts Coordinator or their manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Required to take a turn in the after hours on call rotation
• Ensure security of the facility
• Assist service technicians with installations and parts delivery
• Check-in with their manager at the beginning and end of each day

The internship pays $15 per hour, 40 hours a week for 10 weeks. Interns can also work part-time for 14-15 weeks.

Job requirements
Previous experience shooting and editing video is required. Experience with Instagram, YouTube and TikTok is preferred.

Interns should be pursuing a college degree in journalism or a related field, or have recently graduated with a degree in journalism or a related field.

The intern will need reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance (at least the minimum insurance required in Georgia).
