What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is driven to build a passionate community of customers that love the product you helped fabricate. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver on the company’s vision and strategy.
As a Product Manager at TeleVet, you’ll take part ownership of the most valuable piece of the company—our product. The product team is at the center of everything we do at TeleVet. You’ll work closely not only with the engineering team, but also sales, marketing, and customer success to make sure everyone has what they need to help the company achieve its mission. A big part of this role will be staying organized and unblocking the rest of the company through excellent communication.
You’ll be given a tremendous amount of responsibility. A large part of the company's success will rely on your drive and efforts in achieving TeleVet’s mission. If you’re up for the challenge we’d love to meet you.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Gain a deep understanding of our users, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, drive growth, and increase usage and revenue.
• Help scope and prioritize activities on our roadmap based on the business needs, customer impact, and ROI
• Create test and validation plans to confirm or invalidate product hypotheses
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, wireframes, and HiFi mockups
• Work closely with engineering teams through two-week Scrum-style sprints to deliver with quick time-to-market
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Drive product launches including working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding through product demos, in-app onboarding workflows, help articles, and internal documentation
• Represent the company by talking with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Consume and synthesize large amounts of information to help guide strategic decisions about our product
• Comfortable owning a revenue target and delivering features and adoption that exceed those targets

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

What You’ll Do
As our Data Engineer, you’ll be a member of a cohesive and experienced agile team helping to align data pipelines and prepare data for analytical or operational uses. In addition to working with our data analysts, you’ll also work directly with engineers and our product managers to enable keen insights on our data.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Design and implement our data infrastructure, analytics, and data pipelines.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data across all products, teams and 3rd party systems.
• Contribute to the release of new data pipelines and update existing processes as needed.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with the analytics teams to optimize data delivery and provide stakeholders with the tools to improve our product into an innovative industry leader

You are someone who loves data, data engineering, and analytics. You are someone who can roll up their sleeves, analyze data and write complex queries. Insights and data efficiencies excite you and you have a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications include:
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
