The Psychiatric Nursing Assistant II (PNA II) performs moderately complex (journey-level) rehabilitative patient care services work. Provides patient care services under the clinical supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient setting. Work involves providing emergency, health, and personal care services to patients; observing, reporting and documenting, in an electronic record, patient conditions and behaviors; interacting with patients therapeutically; and participating in individualized and unit-based programming. The PNA II has a primary responsibility to maintain direct and on-going therapeutic interactions with patients to promote living and social skills, thus encouraging progress towards a lesser restrictive environment than the hospital. As an integral member of the recovery team or admissions team, provides verbal and supportive documentation concerning individual patient behaviors, progress or lack thereof, towards individualized goals of the recovery plan. Participates in shift reports and recovery team meetings. Performs delegated nursing duties commensurate with competency. May provide guidance to the PNA Is. Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Completion of work requires the performance of moderately complex duties, while decision making is based on well-defined guidelines. The PNA II has no financial responsibility but is accountable for assigned property. General Description
The Pipeline Safety Department, in the Oversight and Safety Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas, has direct oversight of approximately 224,067 miles of intra-state pipeline. Pipeline Safety seeks one field inspector to perform technical fieldwork related to pipeline safety operations in the Region 1 area, based out of the Lubbock office. Work involves conducting pipeline safety evaluations as well as incident and accident investigations. The inspector determines pipeline operators’ compliance with applicable natural gas and hazardous liquids pipeline safety rules and regulations (49 Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 192 and 195: 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapters 8 and 18). This position offers the opportunity to learn Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) standards at out-of-state training facilities and to work with industry professionals to ensure safe operation standards, as well as staying informed of new compliance regulations and industry practices. Inspectors perform site visits and provide current information on PHMSA and Railroad Commission regulations to ensure pipeline operations meet safety requirements and regulations. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Regional Manager and the PHMSA Program Director.

• Extensive overnight travel of 50% or more.
• Daily and overnight travel includes completing inspections, investigations and attending mandatory out of state and in-state pipeline safety training.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Park Superintendent and Lead Ranger, this position performs complex (journey-level) building maintenance and construction work including daily operations and the maintenance of park facilities, grounds and equipment at Lake Whitney State Park. Operates all types of equipment such as trucks, tractors, mowers, hand tools and power tools. Provides quality visitor services by issuing permits, collecting revenue, providing information. Assists in enforcing park rules and regulations, performs resource management tasks and interprets the parks natural resources. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduation from High School or GED.
Experience:
Three years facility, equipment or grounds maintenance experience.
Licensure:
If driving is required, applicant must possess a valid State driver’s license.
ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTIONS
Experience:
Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university may substitute for one year of the required experience, with a maximum substitution of two years.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Experience in customer service, outdoor education and/or public relations;
Experience working with volunteers;
Experience in implementing a safety program or SORM ADSO training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of general facility, equipment and grounds maintenance;
Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, janitorial and mechanical maintenance and repair tasks;
Knowledge of accounting/accountability of revenue collection;
Skill in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
Skill in effective verbal and written communication;
Skill in using standard office equipment;
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with co-workers and work-related contacts;
Skill in using hand and power tools, mowers, trimmers, chain saws, tractors, vehicles, generators and other mechanical equipment;
Ability to accurately handle cash and account for revenue collected;
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision;
Ability to work as a member of a team;
