Responsibilities:
Be an innovative force that takes all of our marketing activities to a higher level across the Company to build our brand, awareness, and growth opportunities. Use words, visuals and stories to bring out the personality of Pinger and our brands. Create new ideas and write branded communications for ads, emails, websites, landing pages, social, video scripts, product marketing materials, App Store/ Google Play merchandising assets, podcasts and more. Develop UI copy in collaboration with the Product and Product Design teams. Provide messaging for lifecycle marketing initiatives that include email and in-app displays. Draft press releases, backgrounders, boilerplates, media pitches, and blog content. Serve as an editor and contributor to social media and content marketing efforts. Develop copy and campaigns for internal communications and projects that promote Pinger's company culture. Learn, maintain, and embellish the Pinger, Sideline, and TextFree brands and voice in collaboration with others. Support user research efforts with survey writing and editing as needed. Work with executive team members, including CEO, and cross functional teams. Be a sharp copyeditor for your writing and help edit for others as needed. Make things simple. Make things clear. Make things clean. And keep it brief. Bring new ideas, stories and opportunities to the table drive a wow factor. Requirements:
A portfolio of work with a mix of brand marketing, public relations, advertising, and product-related projects. A mindset driven by smart strategic thinking which is balanced with a hands-on tactical execution think smart, move fast, own the outcomes. Bring a customer back and customer first focus and perspective to the role. Be ready, capable and energized by the opportunity to launch, announce and release new brands and product offerings. Minimum 7 to 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years of deep copywriting experience at an agency or in-house. Excellent conceptual creative abilities and writing skills. Exceptional writing, presentation and communication skills. Understanding of Pinger's products and users. Ability to self-manage multiple projects at once with an uncanny attention to detail. An understanding of the nuts and bolts of marketing initiatives (CTAs, KPIs, user retention, audience segmentation, etc.) Experience in the mobile app space a plus. Knowledge of ASO, SEO, B2C and B2B in the small business space a huge plus.
