About The Role
The Executive Assistant is responsible for day-to-day operations of the executive office which will include but not limited to: scheduling, booking travel, office logistics, and contributing to company culture initiatives. The EA will report to the Chief of Staff but work closely with the CEO and his reports.
Candidates must be professional, articulate, discrete, personable, flexible, and have excellent communication skills. Each day will bring a different set of experiences; candidates must be able to adapt quickly, know when to push and when to go with the flow.
Responsibilities
• Work with CoS to create a framework for proactively scheduling and crafting how Executive will spend his time
• Manage the schedule strategically to create optimal flow
• Coordinate meeting times with attendees
• Create meeting invitations in the calendar that include all relevant information, i.e. attendees, Zoom link, address, room, agenda, prep materials, etc.
• Create daily meeting prep docs for Executive
• Make adjustments to the calendar based on continuous feedback from Executive and CoS
• Track meeting attendees via calendar invites
• Plan leadership team off-sites, team-building events, and quarterly meetings.
• Act as a ‘culture carrier’ within the organization and continuously help cultivate and evolve the culture.
