That would be accomplished through one-on-one discipleship, group worship nights, weekend retreats, small group Bible studies, hangouts, and campus lunches.
Invest relationally in the lives of college students through one-on-one intentional discipleship meetings and weekly Bible studies, prepared and led by the Director of TCM. Discipleship is expected to be Christ-centered, Scripture-saturated, and highly relational. The Director of TCM will primarily focus his discipleship efforts on college students involved in a TCM Bible Study, Thrive interns, and Thrive volunteers. We encourage a level of engagement with college students who do not belong to the Thrive community, as well.
Fellowship
Organize and lead key events, such as Student Union lunches, worship nights, intern hangouts, retreats, and possible international mission trips in conjunction with the Thrive Care and Development Team. The Director of TCM will also build a student-leader team that will assist in these areas.

Sojourn Church
Job Summary:The Worship Leader will develop, coordinate, and lead the music ministry for Sojourn Church under the oversight of the Pastor. This is a half-time position, with an expected average of 20 hours per week. The hours can increase as the church grows and needs increase. Salary will be in the 30 – 35K range.
Songs: Hymns, Modern/Contemporary, Modern Hymns, Re-written hymns. We have a variety of songs that we sing and are willing to be shaped by new influences from the leader.
Band: Rotating instruments of guitar (Acoustic), keys, strings, drums. We desire to have a full band experience.
Essential Functions:
·Lead worship weekly (instrumental & vocal) at Sunday Services and special services throughout the year.
·Select and plan music for Sunday and special services in consultation with Pastor.
·Recruit, direct, and develop musicians from within the congregation to play in services.
·Find and integrate new music (older hymns, modern hymns, psalms) to introduce that fit with Sojourn philosophy of worship.
·Communicate with the Pastor on worship matters.
Qualifications:
·Active and growing personal commitment to Christ and his church.
·Willing to be a member at Sojourn Church.
·Attested musical skills and competence.

The President of PAK7 US is a leadership, communications and advancement position in support of Christian media work in Pakistan.
The President of PAK7 US is responsible to propose and upon Board approval to implement, budgets, plans, policies, and programs to accomplish the mission and support the financial requirements of PAK7 US, including commitments to PAK7 International.
The President of PAK7 US leads communications and marketing efforts within the US to raise funds, to build strategic partnerships and to promote prayer and such other engagements as necessary to achieve the mission of PAK7 US.
The President of PAK7 US is responsible to recruit, develop, assess, and as necessary, to replace staff.
The President of PAK7 US will be a humble, mature Christ-centered person committed to Christ and his Word, a local church, and the Church Universal.
He or she must have proven executive experience as a senior leader and administrator.
Experiences should include staff supervision with a commitment to collaboration; strategic planning and organizational management; budget preparation; and substantial advancement work with donors, foundations, and churches.
