• Serves as the agency lead trainer and coordinator for all virtual and in person Healthy Living programming.
• Completes required training in a number of evidence-based Health Living Programs and delivers the programing with fidelity according to program standards.
• Effectively builds and manages relationships with community partners (Councils on Aging, Faith Communities, etc.) as part of ongoing needs assessments within the communities at large.
• Supports the development and implementation of programming to support underserved populations, including but not limited to facilitating LGBTQ+ support groups and outreach, Healthy Living programming in different languages, and other programming that would benefit identified groups.
• Effectively works with internal staff to implement a strategy on implementation of Healthy Living programs through State Home Care, managed care programs, and opportunities within existing funding sources.
• Works with Minuteman Senior Services Volunteer Coordinator to recruit Healthy Living Program volunteers when needed. Provides training, supervision, and supports Healthy Living volunteers which includes scheduling, building relationships, ongoing communication, and other support as needed. Participates with team of volunteer program managers in planning volunteer recognition campaign.
• Manages all details regarding virtual trainings including using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Ring Central Meetings, and has experience leading virtual trainings as well as, in person trainings.
• Managers, with assistance from support staff, all necessary course materials, orders new materials and tracks inventory.
• Acts as liaison with the Healthy Living Center for Excellence. Manages all data and reporting requirements for programs and oversees adherence to all programmatic and grant requirements.
• Coordinates monthly “You Can” message on various topics related to safety and well-being of consumers and caregivers.
• Represents Minuteman at state and local meetings as needed. Provides presentations as requested.

• Completes required training in a number of evidence-based Health Living Programs and delivers the programing with fidelity according to program standards.
• Effectively builds and manages relationships with community partners (Councils on Aging, Faith Communities, etc.) as part of ongoing needs assessments within the communities at large.
• Supports the development and implementation of programming to support underserved populations, including but not limited to facilitating LGBTQ+ support groups and outreach, Healthy Living programming in different languages, and other programming that would benefit identified groups.
• Effectively works with internal staff to implement a strategy on implementation of Healthy Living programs through State Home Care, managed care programs, and opportunities within existing funding sources.
• Works with Minuteman Senior Services Volunteer Coordinator to recruit Healthy Living Program volunteers when needed. Provides training, supervision, and supports Healthy Living volunteers which includes scheduling, building relationships, ongoing communication, and other support as needed. Participates with team of volunteer program managers in planning volunteer recognition campaign.
• Manages all details regarding virtual trainings including using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Ring Central Meetings, and has experience leading virtual trainings as well as, in person trainings.
• Managers, with assistance from support staff, all necessary course materials, orders new materials and tracks inventory.
• Acts as liaison with the Healthy Living Center for Excellence. Manages all data and reporting requirements for programs and oversees adherence to all programmatic and grant requirements.
• Coordinates monthly “You Can” message on various topics related to safety and well-being of consumers and caregivers.
• Represents Minuteman at state and local meetings as needed. Provides presentations as requested.
