As an Independent Agent, you will prospect and work directly with business owners, and individuals, to deliver the best products to meet their employees’ needs. Our culture is centralized around supporting from within. As your Agency Coordinator, my job is to help you succeed in your role by supporting your efforts and being an advisor to you during your onboarding and career with Combined.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
• Enjoys having control over their work schedule
• Is customer Service oriented
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Cares about building customer relationships
• Is thoughtful about responding to customer needs and concerns.
Additional information about the opportunity:
During your onboarding process you will become familiar with the suite of Combined company products available for groups and individuals. You will also, generate new customers, through your own customer portfolio, external leads, customer referrals, target marketing, field prospecting, direct contact and internal leads. You will be trained on how to conduct sales presentations and schedule sales appointments and enrollments.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
• Life & Health and Accident license required (for appointment only, not for application)
• Unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain license will be referred to partner testing trainers during selection process (ALL Licensing will be paid for upon passing state testing)
