ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The Learning and Development Coordinator is critical to the success of the Department. They ensure that all Learning programs are properly marketed, communicated, and documented. They keep participants on task in learning tracks and organize data for preparation of reporting to key stakeholders on a regular basis. The regular reporting cadence allows organizational leaders to remain informed of progress of programs, courses, and learning tracks.
The role requires someone who is skilled in fostering an authentic culture and creating a unique and positive employee experience by aligning learning programs and reviewing measurements of success that align with our Global Core Values.
Responsibilities
• Communicate, plan, and execute engaging content to market and promote Learning and development opportunities with the organization, including but not limited to: determining intricate details, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, ordering supplies, set up, and break down (virtual or person)
• Optimize and ensure successful execution of continuing education programs and activities through strong collaboration and communication
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for executing programs/events, including presenters, office operations teams, and Managers
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure messaging alignment prior to completing campaign/marketing plans
• Work closely with Internal Communications (Community Team) to ensure comms reaches appropriate audiences in a timely manner
• Partner with other departments for the review on and feedback of continuing education, specialized training and training reporting
• Market training and training roll outs while ensuring optimum program visibility
• Monitor and audit functionality of Learning Management Software and troubleshoot when necessary
• Partner with Talent Brand and Communications for necessary collaboration on internal/external-facing branding about development opportunities within the organization
• Create and audit Learning + Development standard operating procedures, processes and policies
• Update new and recurring programs.
SUCCESSFUL LEARNING COORDINATOR CANDIDATES:
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience of project management, engagement initiatives, and high level communication
• You are skilled in navigation multiple systems/platforms to quickly to achieve common goals
• You are super-organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a love for strategic organization, partnership, and collaboration
• You have knowledge of G-Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Calendar

We are seeking an experienced and impassioned Product Manager to help us transform wedding planning into a delightful journey while helping couples get the hard work done with confidence. We’re looking for that special someone to ensure that The Knot stays #1 in Weddings by bringing your entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem solving, and user-centric thinking to our team. The Account Manager, Retention (AM-R) is responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations for retention among the TKWW wedding pro (vendor) base. As the primary business consultants to TKWW's vendors, the AM-R is responsible for a set of accounts and provides both reactive and proactive services to help paying vendors stay on track and see success on the TKWW platform(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain ownership and accountability of a book of business to achieve monthly retention targets.
• Directly influence retention by managing manual and auto renewals, handling both obvious and subtle requests to cancel or downgrade TKWW services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and expand services.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The Account Manager, Retention (AM-R) is responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations for retention among the TKWW wedding pro (vendor) base. As the primary business consultants to TKWW's vendors, the AM-R is responsible for a set of accounts and provides both reactive and proactive services to help paying vendors stay on track and see success on the TKWW platform(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain ownership and accountability of a book of business to achieve monthly retention targets.
• Directly influence retention by managing manual and auto renewals, handling both obvious and subtle requests to cancel or downgrade TKWW services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and expand services.
• Conduct targeted proactive outreach to limit churn and/or prepare assigned accounts for upcoming renewals.
• Consistently meet or exceed stated performance expectations for work quality, quantity, and impact.
• Share "the voice of the vendor" from the Retention POV so leadership can adequately support retention efforts.
• Remain 100% compliant with all data, record-keeping, and reporting requests.
• Other projects/duties as assigned.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
• 1-2 years of renewal/retention/support/cancellation experience in a SaaS or similar environment
• Salesforce CRM and reporting
• Comfortable with direct accountability for individual and team outcomes
• Proven influencing and problem-solving skills. Can get customers to "yes" in multiple situations using multiple tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service and relationship building skills, including the ability to de-escalate sensitive conversations with customers via phone and email
• Thrives in a high-pace and collaborative team environment
• Consulting or coaching experience with small, medium-sized businesses
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and decision-making with incomplete information
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized while balancing inbound client requests/questions and outbound proactive outreach
• SaaS, online marketplace, and/or online advertising experience
• Experience in a quota or other individual metrics accountability environment

• Master's Degree or Ph.D.
