We're looking for a warm and welcoming individual to fill a position as a Server at The Mighty Crab. The Server's responsibilities include interacting with customers, taking orders, delivering food and beverages and serving tables. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in busy restaurants, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
• Open doors for customers.
• Use good judgment when dealing with difficult customers.
• Speak clearly and distinctly with a pleasant tone of voice.
• Learn the course menu and ingredients.
• Answer customers' questions about the menu.
• Check identification of customers to verify that they are above the legal drinking age.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.75 - $2.80 per hour

• Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and gift card transactions.
• Answer questions promptly and make menu recommendations.
• Read back all orders making sure customer is satisfied with order before sending back to kitchen.
• Verify all food and checking all orders before giving the order to the customer.
• Maintain a clean work space; Make sure Front of House is always clean and stocked.
• Receive and handle complaints from customers.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to companies uniform standards
• Leave customer with a positive, long-lasting impression of their Mighty Crab experience.
