Tareas
• Crear contenido para todas las redes linkedin, instagram, tik tok, youtube.
• Ayudar en... community Manager en comentarios, estrategias a seguir.
• Ser la voz del cliente: Identificar necesidades y preferencias de los usuarios y generar propuestas de mejora en la compañía.
Requisitos
• Estudios de Máster o especialización en Social Media, Community Management y Redes Sociales.
• Nivel de inglés alto (C1).
• 4/6 años de experiencia previa gestionando las RRSS de alguna empresa con una fuerte presencia en redes sociales.
• Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de RRSS y de medición de marketing online (Business Manager; Tik Tok Ads Manager, Clarabridge Engage, Google Analytics).
• Conocimientos en gestión de RRSS y monitorización de reputación online.
• Nivel alto en redacción de contenidos, expresión y ortografía.

Legal Services Director oversees the activities of the organization's legal department. Provides legal advice, interpretation, and guidance to senior management and officers regarding contracts... state/federal regulatory requirements, intellectual property or trademark protection, and other business matters.

Your main responsabilities
Provide legal support to the company's civil and corporate business unit, and to be part of the business team. The main duties include the following:
• Drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Managing legal and contractual relationships with customers during the life of agreements and thereby giving needed support to the business unit.
• Contractual risk management and advice on pre-litigation situations or conflict resolution.
• Providing solutions.
• Maintaining constant surveillance of current legal interpretation, doctrines of laws, jurisprudence.
• Prepare and develop written and verbal legal analises, advice and/or other legal documents providing legal interpretation and strategic advice in relation to queries raised by the business unit, and doing the same proactively where needed or advisable even where the business might not originate the query.
• Liaising with external and in-house legal counsel and other professionals and executives with functional expertise on specified assignments.

• Draft and negotiate complex agreements.
