• Education: You will develop a quest for knowledge to understand Brendan Vacations and the Celtic lands we travel to.
• Problem Solving: You will identify, research, and resolve issues to utmost customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: You will partner with your manager and teammates to meet your individual goals and contribute to the overall sales goals for Brendan vacations.
• Taking initiative: You will be proactive in generating business by following up on incoming leads from our sales and marketing campaigns.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Strategic Account Manager for the Uniworld River Cruises is responsible for maximizing the sales potential of their assigned accounts by cultivating strong relationships with existing customers, driving brand awareness, and identifying new customer prospects. By effectively representing the collection of brands to the travel industry and the public, SBDMs strive for successful execution of their sales plan and achievement of their passenger objective/goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
• This position requires elite sales skills, a strong work ethic and a positive “can do” attitude.in representing Uniworld River Cruises.
• Develop and implement sales, marketing and engagement plans with key accounts using a customized approach to address their specific needs (CSP).
• Strengthen relationships and achieve growth with key accounts through regular contact and informative updates with respect to their productivity and progress; help accounts achieve their goals.
• Provide robust training opportunities for agents through virtual engagement, trainings, client presentations, product information sessions and ongoing website and e-commerce strategies; escort familiarization trips for travel advisors as necessary.
• Ensure marketing collateral is utilized to its fullest potential; ensure that the collection of brands have prominent placement in key account agencies. Effectively manage brochure supply and regional distribution.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Evaluate ROI of potential trade and consumer shows/events and participate are beneficial. Continually identify new shows/events that would be beneficial to the brand.
• Stay abreast of competitor information in designated territory and stay updated on trends within the industry. Provide feedback to management team with respect to trends and opportunities.

POSITION SUMMARY
This role will support the contracting build and the Senior Transportation and Compliance Manager. They will help create contracts and maintain date patterns and itinerary details for suppliers and manage transportation and trip-specific data on internal platforms and will manage and oversee inventory for tour supplies. They will partner with the various TTC brands on collateral updates, liaise with third party ground operators to ensure continuity of branding and service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the day-to-day relationship with our selected transfer provider.
• Supply relevant information regarding arrival and departure transfer suppliers to Operations staff to assist in responding to Guest complaint.

• Secure, scan and upload insurance certificates from transportation suppliers and maintain files.

• Assist with monitoring of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ratings for our current motorcoach and transfer suppliers.
• Oversee all transportation trip materials for various TTC brands and Key Account brands, and our partners in North America. Correspond with internal teams to understand branding requirements and changes for each operating season.
• Organize, assemble, and ship all coaching branding supplies to transportation partners for timely delivery pre-season for trips operated within North America as directed by business needs, and maintain logs of supplies shipped.
